Not getting any connection.


Cant call text or use data. LGG5. Shows full bars on phone, but when I try to call I get a message of either 7um1 or 7um3, which say either not activated or not registered on network. I've tried resetting, removing battery and simcard, no change. Tried checking airplane mode. under mobile networks I havetried to reselect network operator to koodo lte, but it wont register.

It is likely issue with the account on Koodo network, not the phone. you should call 611 for Koodo or contact them through facebook so they can check your cell number.
