Not able to access my bill


Hi, I am trying to access my account in order to pay my bill but it does not let me. It always tells me page not found, what am I supposed to do? Regards Simona

You can try another browser, clear your cache and cookies too. Pay in your phone using the Koodo app and a credit card Pay through online banking.

If you just need to know your balance : *611 from your phone > option 1 for account balance > enter Pin #
I'm trying online banking but for that I need to be able to view my ebill

Try another browser? Chrome, safari, Internet Explorer. If none of them work call customer service and ask to speak with tech support its free *611 from your phone

Have you tried accessing from another browser? Or cleaning your cookies?
