No tabs on my Self Serve page


I just joined Koodo. My Koodo account log in only has one tab "My profile" rather than the billing ones etc. Why is this? It also won't let me log into the App on my phone.

Sorry you're having trouble Brandi, Sometimes people get setup as an account manager instead of a customer. It's a mistake. Call Koodo and they'll straighten it out for you (free of charge).
