No speech-to-text option for S4!

So for some reason, the speech to text option has been completely deleted off of my galaxy s4, it's not available on texting/keyboard, google search, or google translator, and no it's not just disabled in settings, let alone appear in the settings options at all. I've tried resetting the keyboard settings but it doesn't help recover the feature. Anybody know what I can do?

That's strange so is there just like a blank key beside the comma where the mic used to be? If there is try, holding the key down and see if voice comes up.

Did you switch keyboards recently? There may be a dedicated voice recognition setting in your keyboard that may be disabled
