No signal or data Help!!!

I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace and It say's it dosn't have any signal, and there is no data connection even though mobile data is connected. How do I fix this?

I'd like you to try this first: 1. Turn off the phone 2. Remove the battery 3. Remove the SIM card 4. Insert the SIM card 5. Insert the battery 6. Turn on the phone If your problem still persists, let us know. You may need to visit a Koodo kiosk and try a different SIM card.
