No signal anymore!

I have a Samsung GT S5830D phone in the 613 area code. I have not had a signal since early yesterday evening - in areas where I know there are signals. HELP - is it my phone or ????

I rebooted (turned off and on the phone) and my signal was restored. Thanks goodness for easy fixes

First, take out your battery and put it back in. Does that do anything? If not, is your account past due by any chance? Your service could be suspended I would recommend calling Koodo at 18669956636 and they may be able to tell you what's going on exactly or at least help

Make sure that the phone isn't in airplane mode. If it's not then try taking out the battery and SIM Card for a minute or so then replace them and try the phone again.
