no service in Fauquier, BC


The network is down. How do you contact Koodo online to let them know. I have only cell phone.

Hey Alan, some customers experienced a network outage in the area of Fauquier (BC) but the issue has been resolved. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please reboot your phone and it should work 🙂

I am having issues as well in Burnaby area, varying fluctuations in bars... calls drop including voicemail just disconnects... just started happening in the last hour or so. Sometimes when I try to check voicemail I get a No Sim card error which is not true for my iPhone.
Every now and then it says Searching... at the top right of my phone where the carrier, Koodo, is listed.
