No service and Support said they'd fix


I have no service. I called support and they said they flagged my phone as fraud in error. Told me they would fix and would take about 2 hours. I still have no phone or data. Does anyone know how to reach them by email or though chat???

It is showing up no network.  I've called again.  They had me on and off on hold so long I had to hang up.  It's still not working.  I've tried rebooting.  I did not call in my phone as fraud.  I need this fixed.  I am very upset.

What is flagged as fraud,the account or the phone itself? Where did you buy the phone?

It may take some time to update the national database of stolen phones.  But things should be working within 24 hours
