Hi, I just switched to Koodo. I’ve inserted my SIM card, it’s been activated, but I can’t make any phone calls or text.

I tried the chat bot route, but of course they can’t call me back because my phone doesn’t work.

Any ideas what to do?

Did you restart your phone after you inserted your SIM card? Did you change your APN settings to activate data? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/setting-data-your-non-koodo-phone
