I activated a new sim card and and signed up online and added necessary talk time. It says account is active but the phone cannot connect to Koodo network

The sim status says number not assigned. Tried to reboot remove sim card and restart .

Silly question on my part, but are you sure the SIM numb er was correctly entered into the form when you created the account?

David, would that such thing be possible? Shouldn't it say wrong SIM number
Koodo does not support dual sim phone on prepaid. Wish I knew this before spending 25$ for simcard

Koodo DOES support dual SIM phones on Prepaid. However, it must use other than 2G for the alternate SIM!

Try the Koodo SIM in the main slot. Many dual-SIM phones only support 2G in the alternate position.
