No service


I have just gotten my phone back and now it keeps saying No service 
Selected network (Koodo) unavailable. I have tried removing my battery and sim and that hasn't been able to resolve this. help please.! Samsung Galaxy Note 2

What do you mean you just got it back was it out for repair or something? If so for how long and have you had another phone you were using? Did you put your SIM Card back into it? Is your bill paid up?
It was out getting the charging port fixed for a day, and i wasn't using any other phone well it was gone. My bill is paid and when i spoke with koodo yesterday they said it had nothing to do with my sim card or the network but the phone itself.

^^^ I don't know about their network as it was all wonky yestaurday even though no one is admitting it. It should be OK now.

I just started a prepaid account with koodo, I have no service on my phone. My account has a positive balance and boosters have gone through but I still have no service so I cant even call koodo to work out what is wrong. Any help would be great.

Did you get your phone(charging port) fixed by Koodo? I would go back to the store and let them take look at it. It could be your SIM card or they might be able to send it for repair again if something wrong with your phone.

No, I got it fixed by a different company, 
When I spoke with Koodo they said it was my phone itself and there was nothing they could do about it as my warranty had just expired. Unfortunately, my phone still isn't working 100%. It works in certain towns but not in the one i live in..
