no service


My phone has no service since today morning. ( samsung S3 and kamloops). What should I do ?

Try Chad's first answer here: http://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics/no_network_service If that doesn't work, power off your phone, remove the battery and SIM card, and then put them back in and power it back on. That can solve network issues.
That's the first thing I did. No result. 😞

Things to try Is your bill paid? If yes go to next step Make sure you're not in airplane mode. Works? No? Shut it off, remove the battery and sim card. Reinsert and power back on If works = no then goto... Goto: Settings, wireless and networks, more, mobile networks, make sure "use 2g only" or "Use GSM only" are not checked. Work? No? Goto in the same menu as above select network selection. If it's in manual, switch to automatic. If it's in automatic, switch it to manual. Your phone will perform a scan and then present you a list of available networks. Choose Telus or Koodo. If works = no then was there some error message?

Check to be sure your sim is fully inserted.
