No PIN for *611, can't log in to Self-Serve, and can't call out? Help!


I have a Samsung Galaxy S4.  I forgot to pay my bill so my service has been temporarily cut off.  I don't have access to another phone to call customer service and I can't call out.  All I want to do is get my account number so I can add Koodo as a payee for my online banking.  Oh, and I cannot log in to Self-Serve...

oh....  sorry.  I skipped over the fact that you mentioned that you can't call 611.

I was able to bypass the pin entering on *611 which took me to the menu but they are closed.  I couldn't get my account number.  I am just going to call during their business hours tomorrow.  Thanks.
