No love for Samsung?

I am a long time Koodo BYOD customer and would like to upgrade my device to a new model Samsung. I keep getting these great iPhone offers via text (like today's SE on a tab medium offer) but never anything for Samsung devices. Tried calling to see if they could extend a similar offer on a similarly priced Samsung and got nowhere with the rep. I want to stay with Koodo but they are offering Samsung users nothing. Very frustrating.

I think this is a great idea.  Vary the offers a bit more

Samsung has / had a great deal: bring in any old phone, and get $200 off the purchase of a new S7 / S7 edge, if I recall.  Not a bad deal if you have / find an old phone you no longer use.

Christine, the $200 trade-in offer for Samsung S7 is indeed a great deal for an awesome phone. The promo is still available through our Koodo shops.
It's a deal. Not a great deal. It's still $100 on tab large. Not comparable to the $0 tab medium plus 1gb of data for the iPhone se. And I wouldn't expect that deal for the s7 but I would for the s6.

The extra 1 GB of data is available with any phone. It is not tied to the promotion for the iPhone SE.

The plan you switched to this month has the bonus gig included Christine. As far as the SE, in my humble opinion, it's not in the same category as the S6 or S7. Both of those phones are a class above the SE in many respect. I suspect, as a Samsung fan, you already knew that. 🙂 Hence the price difference.
