no data since switching plans


Last week I switched from the older $55 plan with 5GB data to the $48 plan which also has 5GB data but I have had no data service since.

Is it possible you went over the 5gb's and your new plan has the shock free data feature that stops data when you hit your limit of alloted data included in your plan?
Nope. I don't use a lot of data and I've never even approached the 5GB limit. Checking on my usage this morning, I had about 25MB used at the time I switched and zero since then. However, I have powered off/on again since I posted and now it is working. Of course. Isn't that always the way it goes?
