No Data Coverage in Kanata North

In the last few months I get no coverage for data or voice in Kanata north. Even up on the second floor of the building. I am missing calls, text messages, and cannot connect to the internet 80% of the time. My plan has 1 Gb of data which I cannot use without coverage.
Anyone having the same problem?

Have friends or family with Koodo/Telus experienced similar issues in your area or is it just you?

Have you tried restarting your phone?
Also try to go to your Settings and reset your network settings (note that wifi and bluetooth passwords will be lost)
