No data connection


I just switched over to Koodo and my calling and texting services work, however I'm not getting any data reception. How come? My billing cycle doesn't start until next week, if that helps.

Are you using an unlocked phone with Koodo? If so, the apn settings would need to be entered in the phone. Just so we know exactly what steps to provide, what kind of phone do you have?
If the Android phone works and data doesn't then confirm you are using APN sp.koodo.com . You may need to remove the Proxy and Port from the APN. Leave the MMS proxy and port as they are.
