No Confirmation email


I ordered a phone through Koodo and have a tab charged to my account without an email confirmation. Does it usually come in late a few days? 

Any help is appreciated

The e-mail confirmation shouldn't take so long! Did you check junk folder?
I have, it's weird. I'll contact them after one more day

Yeah it is kind of weird because there isnt a hold up with that phone. Give it a day and if you still don't have an email five Koodo a private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can verify your account and further assist you.

Hi JJ - I see your order in the system. It was received Wednesday afternoon and is still being processed. The tab gets added to your account once the order is placed, and is not charged until your next bill. Pending no inventory constraints (which I'm not aware of for this model at the moment), the order should get finalized and shipped out within 5 business days of the order being placed.
