No cell signal...grrrrr


I recently moved to NB and to be honest I'm very upset i get absolutely no cell reception all the shows up is a circle with a line through it if this doesn't get resolved I'm more than likely going to leave the koodo community.

Yikes! If I moved somewhere with no cell service, I'd change providers too 🙂 However just to rule out a technical problem, have you checked the coverage maps to see if your area is covered? See http://help.koodomobile.com/coverage-long-distance-and-travelling/coverage-maps
It says i do have coverage i like just 30 minutes from moncton. And if i have to switch providers that's going to be a pain since i have a koodo phone and what not.

Ok, in that case it's probably a different problem, Gasp. Let's see if that can be solved 😃 What phone do you have? Have you enabled 3g services or tried to connect to the Koodo network manually? Does Koodo (or Telus) show up in your list of providers in the phone?
I have it set under koodo but i can try telus to see if it works.
The only one that came up was bell and no luck on that.

You might want to give Koodo a call from a landline phone to see if there are any problems occurring with the network in your area. I've heard that the maritime provinces recently endured some rough weather (a nor'easter) this past weekend and this may have disrupted service to some areas. Customer Service: 1-866-995-6636
