New Pixel 3 won't see any Wi-Fi.
New Phone can't see any WiFi networks. Did a factory reset and it didn't help. What should I try next?
Maybe this is a silly question but did you check if WiFi was turned on in your phone? how about other devices in your place?

Resetting the phones' network settings may help.
To reset Wi-Fi network settings, tap Settings > System > Advanced - tap Reset options. Select Reset Wi-Fi, mobile and Bluetooth. Tap Reset settings. (If prompted, enter the PIN, password or pattern). Tap Reset settings to confirm.
Note: the items listed are cleared or restored to default values:
*Mobile - (re-enables data if previously disabled)
*Wi-Fi network settings (including saved networks and passwords)
*Bluetooth connections
