New Phone Won't Connect

Just changed phones to a Samsung Galaxy A5 and renewed the same plan. It won't connect to the cell network. I tried all the suggestions given to a person with the same issue.  Haven't gone to a Koodo store yet as its far from where I live. Tried resetting the connections..etc..

Was the SIM card in your previous phone the same size? Did you take it out and put into your Samsung one? You might have to do a SIM swap and we can help you with that. Can you pls send us a private message on Facebook and we'll look into it?
