new phone new SIM card .

So I bought a new SIM card because I got a new phone( my previous SIM card was too big ) Do I need to call to activate the new SIM card or can I just enter my new SIM card # in the change SIM card field of my online account. I just don't want the new one going void or something because it was entered somewhere it shouldn't have been before being activated

You have to contact koodo to switch sim cards over now.

Send Koodo a private message via Facebook or twitter.  It may take a few hours but at least you dont have to wait on hold.
