New Phone Delivery Expectation


Ordered a new phone on August 31, and have order number (HFO18614334) and have not yet received confirmation that my order is verified, so don't have any tracking information. Received my bill for this month with the addition of the new phone tab, but no new phone ... could someone PLEASE give me an update on the status of my new phone.  Don't want to pay the bill until I receive confirmation that the phone is on it's way ... can anybody help.

Hi Cheryl - so the team looked into the issue and it looks like there was an internal error blocking the order from being processed. That appears to have been resolved, and the order is back in queue to be picked and shipped. This should be sent out for delivery by end of day tomorrow. Once it goes out, you should also get a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email.
