I am reposting this as my previous entry has been closed as answered. I'm still having the problem, and I'm probably running out of time if i am going to return the phone. As per the previous post, I've attempted a few things, so here's the current status: OK, I've looked into a few things- I've just been streaming up to now, but i tried downloading some songs and it happens with them as well. In addition to the error message, (error message being "music temporarily unavailable") I've sometimes been getting stuttering once the screen goes to sleep, and sometimes the only thing that happens is that when a song plays through, the next one only goes for 3 seconds before it stops. If I stop and start it again it plays through only to do it again on the next song. I have 5 GB free space as it's a new phone. Connected to my home wifi. And i can't uninstall the app, only disable it. It must be included with the bundle. Anyway I tried disabling after clearing the data and then restarted. No success. Often when I make a change like this, I get a different symptom as described above. Finally I've looked at my account and I'm nowhere near my limit for devices. Just for laughs I've removed one of the ones I no longer use, just to rule it out.
