new phone

I just bought a new phone online. I transferred everything over from my old phone and it worked fine. The only problem I’m having is that I can’t make or receive calls  and  send or receive texts. Could you tell me how to fix this please. Thanks

Take the old sim from your old phone and put it in your new phone.
