Hey I ordered a new pixel 5 from a Koodo kiosk and have not recieved an email with confirmation of order or order number and I cannot verify that it was shipped to me can I get some help please?

When did you order it and what’s your order number? 

Not a clue. I recieved no info other than my contract and account number

I'm afraid you'd have to contact the kiosk. Here on the community reps only have access to online orders. Since you have no order number, contact the kiosk and see with them.
