New customer here, it says I don't have five essentials.


I try to add 5 essentials but says I'm not subscribed.

You have to login to self serve from koodomobile.com and add it to your account before you can manage the feature from the Koodo App
I have an old talk 100 plan that was doubled to 200 Canada wide minutes My new Wife would like a koodos phone she is currently Vorison can she get a plan the same as mine as they don't offer Canada wide now with this plan. What can Koodos do for us?

Koodo can unfortunately offer new customers only current in-market plans. What you can do is look at sites online where people are willing to sell/transfer their old lines which usually have grandfathered plans. There is a tab credit that you can take advantage of if you go with a current market plan.
