Hi Harjinder, It could be a problem with your SIM card. Power the phone off, remove and reinstall the SIM card making sure it is properly seated. Turn the phone back on. If you're still experiencing problems, the HTC One V takes a standard size SIM card and costs $20. https://shop.koodomobile.com/browse-accessories.ep?cID=688131&phoneGuid=all

Get a new phone. https://shop.koodomobile.com/phones/models/index.html
I used to have the one v and it was a bug with the phone. The only way to get it back was to turn on airplane mode, restart the phone and then turn off airplane mode. Was so annoying that I got the moto g and have had no issues.

If different sim cards didn't fix connection problem, there is something wrong with your phone. You can send it to repair, but it might cost you a lot if the warranty does not cover. It would be a better to get a new phone as already mentioned .
