I just received my Koodo SIM card and swapped out my Bell SIM card, but it asked for a SIM network unlock PIN and says I have an "Invalid SIM card. Network locked SIM card inserted." How can I fix this?

It means your phone is locked to Bell.

You need to contact Bell to get an unlock code

If your phone worked well with the Bell SIM and you saw it with the Koodo SIM, your phone was locked to Bell.

You would have to contact Bell to unlock it before using with Koodo. It should be free.
