My phone is not connected to the Koodo Network

Is it a new phone?
Have you tried restaring it?
Do others around you who are with Koodo have service?
No I received this new phone in November but it has worked so far. I have tried restarting and no one else has this issue

Have you tried resetting the network settings or removing and reinserting the sim card?
As well is your bill all up to date with payments?
If neither of these work then I would go to the closest Koodo store and get a new sim card and see if that works.
