Need to reset/ be reminded of email used during prepaid activation


I can't remember which email I used during the activation of my prepaid. I've tried every and all emails I could have possibly used. Tried calling 611 number and for some reason it disconnects me every time I follow prompts it starts to cconnect ro operater then hangs up.

Did you use your real name to sign up for the account? If you didn't then your out of luck on finding the account I think. If you did then Koodo should be able to find it through your name I believe. Did you receive any emails to one of your accounts when you activated the account? Have you went into your emails and search for any emails from Koodo?
Yes and there's absolutely nothing. My boyfriend set up the phone for me and I have no idea what name he used.. I can't get threw to anyone on the phone anyways

Then legally YOU do not have a prepaid account. Can you ask your boyfriend to gather the info on your behalf, then take steps to transfer it over to your name & email?
