Need to reactivate my phone.


My phone has been deactivated for the past couple months due to not being able to pay for my phone bill at the time. I paid it off 2 months ago finally, but it's still deactivated. When I call to reactivate it, it asks me to say or type in my 10 digit number. I do, but it says the number is unavailable. It also says technical difficulties and unavailable when I am on self-serve seeing if any plans show up. What should I do to reactivate my phone if it's not allowing me to call in with my 10 digit number and I am unable to go to a koodo store?

Try calling them again but press 0 a few times to see if you can skip the automated menu and talk to a person about the issue. If that doesn't work, try emailing them. The link is at the bottom under "Contact Us". Select the email Tab and go from there.

Wen i do upgrade there is a battle with my.koodo phone every koodo there all ways a decfaect on my phone koodo can any one make any sence out of this meen not more then one phone koodo
