Need to contact customer care about payment arrangements and credit for unwarranted charges have been in and out of hospital and may have to return soon


I spoke with a representative aboutmy now cancelled acount and amount owing.My phone was stolen in mid december.The representative told me to contact the customer care team abousome excess data charges and if I could recieve a credit I am on a medical pension have limited funds but want to arrange payments that i can keep my service.
