nano sim & keep number


Just got a new phone that uses a nano sim card. I'm already a koodo customer, I'm wondering how do I activate the nano sim card and keep my number on it? I can't do it online?

At this time, you'll need to call customer service and have them migrate your service to the new nano sim. It takes seconds and you keep your plan and your number. Since it's not something you can do on your own via self serve, there won't be any fee to have a rep do it for you.

You can find the customer service number on the Koodo website under contact us.

@Koodo: when are you planning to restore the ability to activate the SIM through the customer portal? Every carrier has this option, why do I need to call (especially when Koodo is discouraging call-in by charging for some - not for this one, I know).
