my top up isn't working,


hi, i used the top up to pay for my plan, they withdrew the money and yet texted me saying they couldnt top up my account. i cant waste the mins i have on 611. any suggestions

As far as I know it wont charge you to call 611, if it does, ask to be reimbursed for the call.

*611 is a free call. Also, if it's a problem that's beyond your control, (e.g. system glitch) the charge for the call is often waived. Make sure you have adequate funds in your bank account to cover the amount of your baseplan.
there was no problem it auto sent the message i guess, it didnt say to ignore it if i had topped up so, naturally i assumed something was wrong, thanks guys
