My tab balance is not changing.


my plan is $33 a month but I pay $50 because of tab/ $0 phone. I've never missed a payment, yet my tab balance isn't going down. says negative $165 every month. what gives?

Are you getting that info from Self-Serve or from calling *611?

Hi DrJustin! Were curious to know why you're Tab was not going down? Did you find out when calling us? 🙂
when I called I was told it was going down. guess i'll just sit tight until my next payment and see what the balance is then. see if it changes.
