My SIM card stopped working, I went to the Koodo outlet and got a New SIM, I can't find where to register it online to tie it to my account.


My SIM card stopped working, I went to the TELUS Koodo outlet in Thunder Bay and got a New SIM, I can't find where to register it online to tie it to my account.

I think they removed the option to do it online due to some fraud concern, you have to call Koodo so they could replace the old SIM with the new one.

You can also send them a private message on facebook or twitter is you do not want to wait on hold

Thanks, it seemed silly to have to call to fix the issue of being unable to call. Which FB group do I contact?

Unfortunately a few fraud cases ruins it for the rest of us 😞
