My self serve is limiting my options?


My self serve Koodoo account half works? Whenever I click on anything other than "pay my bill" I get this green block in the middle of my screen. I was trying to change the address on my account by clicking on my profile when instead i get this? (tried on 3 different browsers) and i've attached a picture.

Hi Kamiel - when an account has been suspended, most functionality within self serve is no longer available until it's reinstated. I see that everything looks to be restored as of this morning. Let us know if you still have trouble accessing self serve, or any other questions 🙂

One minor point, if self serve prevents people from changing their address if the account is suspended, I can see this potentially being problematic. Since credit card billing addresses must match the address on the account, people whose address is out of date could be prevented from making payments if they are unable to update.
