My S4 is supposed to be able to be used with Telus but it's not working.

I bought this samsung galaxy S4 phone from someone, They said it could take a Telus sim card so how come it won't take my Telus sim card?

Check with the TELUS community-:) Is the S4 unlocked? What are the error messages when you insert an active SIM card?

Check the device against the stolen device database. If it's listed, you'll be unable to use this device. http://www.protectyourdata.ca/check-the-status-of-your-device-in-canada/
It says it has been reported stolen now what do I do!

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do. Only the original owner can report the phone as stolen and only the original owner can report it as found. You won't be able to uae this device as long as it's on that list. You've been scammed. In the future, always check that your sim works and that the phone is able to get a signal before you hand over your money. If you have contact information fornthe seller then contact the police. Selling stolen property is a crime in itself. Sorry.
Harsh man km well is there any way I'd be able to get this same phone but on contract because I did just true 19 on the 22nd...?

Koodo does still sell the S4, you can absolutely grab one on a tab. There's a credit check involved ans as long as you pass that you should be able to get one.
I don't have account would that make a difference

Yes, koodo won't sell you a device without Activating it on eithrr postpaid or prepaid. You have a Telus account however, if they sell the device you may have better luck getting it from them

There are also times where the scammer calls in after the sale...basically always get some sort of their ID when you transact be it their Plate or w/e, so you can at least file a fraud police report
