My phone won't make or receive calls, sms are also not being sent to received right away. My access to Koodo network keeps turning on and off. Is there a problem with the Kodo network or is it my phone?
It's most likely a SIM card issue. How old is the phone and how old is the SIM card?
I'd get a new SIM card first as it's the most likely solution to your problem. Make sure you get the appropriate one for your needs (monthly and prepaid systems use different SIM cards).
