My phone was disconnected 4 days before I was due


My phone was disconnected 4 days before I was due to pay bill, paid the bill phones still not back on and I am unable to call koodo because I have no voice. How am I supposed to get my phone reconnected without calling *611

Hi there!

If account was suspended due to non-payment, a full payment with a Credit Card will restore account automatically...

You can also try to make payment arrangements with the automated system without speaking to an agent, but the system might not accept any depending on your account and collection history.
And I can try doing that by calling the *611?

Yes... dial #227 and if account is eligible for payment arrangements, you will be able to.
