My phone suddenly won't connect to the server, so I can no longer make or receive calls or texts.


My phone suddenly won't connect to the server, it says "no service", so I can no longer make or receive calls or texts. I only see the option to call Koodo to report it, but obviously I can't do that with this issue. My phone bill is paid in advance until next May so it's not a billing issue and I haven't done anything to my phone. When I try to text, it says "no usim card". Anyone know how to submit this issue to Koodo? I need it resolved asap!

Try restarting your phone and taking your sim card in and out. If possible, try inserting your sim card into someone else's phone and see if it works, and vice verse.
If you don't have someone else you can do this with, you can take it into a Koodo store and they can test it for you.
