Do you have a data block on your account? If so you'll have to remove that. If you don't have a data block them make sure you have data enabled in the settings. If you don't have a data block and data is already enabled in the settings of your device then make sure your APN settings are set to those of Koodo's settings.

I could be wrong but I think OP answered my question "Is your data or WIFI on?".

Sorry.  Didnt realize I ventured that far back.  Sometimes I just hammer home the recent ones.

I'll delete these ones and not open them so I dont make this mistake again today.
