My phone needs to be replaced, but when I check out, it keeps asking me to change my plan.


I don't want to change my plan, but the online store seems to be forcing me to change my plan to order a new phone...

When you add a phone to the cart you should get a message asking you the below:



Pick 'Get a new phone' on the right side since you are existing customer. You may have to pay off any existing TAB if you have it. Also if you have an older plan and you want to use TAb it might require a plan change.
