My phone is saying not registered to network, new pay as you go sim

I have a account online now and it says package is valid until Nov 6th

When I look for networks under settings koodo isn't even showing
Yes it is. It shows I have a signal as well?

It might be because the phone isn't compatible with the network...?

Power off and try re-starting the phone once with the SIM removed (yes, you will get an error message but it will flush any previous connections). Then power off, re-insert the SIM and restart.
