Phones do have a 1 year warranty from the point of purchase. you can send your phone in for repair through customer service or at a Koodo Kiosk. Otherwise, if you wish to get a new phone you'll have to pay off your current tab through an invoice or pay over the counter. Finally, you can redeem the tab again towards another phone. Hope this answer clarifies everything you asked.
but will i have to pay the repaire or it will be free ?

If it is under warranty, then it should be free.

What happens when you attempted to recharge it?

The repair will be free as long as your phone is not physically or water damaged. Otherwise, the warranty will be voided.

Have you tried using a different charger? Or another wall socket, maybe?

Sounds like a defective battery...

i tried and same things happen but with one of the others charger we need to move the wire to make it charge...i think it's really the charging port who is damaged
but Broken charging port is list like a physical damaged....but physically he do not seem broken and my phone is new.....Anyway i won't pay 1$ on a new phone already broken if i need i will juste pay the balance and change company

So how is Koodo at fault if you believe your phone is physically damaged?Regardless if you change companys no cell phone company will fulfill warranty if the phone is physcially damaged without a cost. So by you threatning switching companies doesn't rectify your issue.

Just to add, I would suggest you bring your phone into a Koodo Kiosk and send it in for repair. When it's off for repair they will inform you if the warranty is covered or not. They will also inform you if there will be any cost for your repair and if your willing to pay for the repair if it comes to that I'd have to leave it at your descretion.

You do get use of a free loaner phone while the device is in for repair. It might be worthwhile to pay for the repair than to pay off the remaining balance. You will get a quote for repair. Once you receive the quote, you'll be able to make an informed decision as to what to do next. If you're completely dissatisfied with the S3, pay off the balance and take a look at some of Koodo's other offerings.
