My phone doesn't work


Just bought a prepaid top up 7 days ago and phone says buy another prepaid top up. 7 days 35 dollars. I'm calling a different company I'm gone dumbasses. Not the first time. Koodo sucks tell your friends

I just topped up and it says top up again
7 days ago on the 5 th of November. Last night phone didn't work and it's bin less than a week. Wtf

Top what up again? Baseplan or talk booster? You'll have to be a little more specific. Does your baseplan renew on the 5th of November? If so, then your payment of $35 likely covered that. Did you check to see if you have enough minutes, either by dialing *611 or by logging into self serve prepaid?

I have the same issue.. Tried a local call today and it said my plan didn't cover this, well it worked last night.. My baseplan renew date is Nov 26th... so how can you fix this problem?
