My pass word isn't working Even if I change it

Does it just say password incorrect each time? Double and triple check when you try it again that it's the same and right password (copy and paste it perhaps). If it keeps telling you wrong password, I'd send  private messgae to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to find out f there's some sort of backend issue causing it. Maybe your account will be reset to see if that fixes it.
