My new month just rolled over and I happened to check my balance. What is going on?

So my billing cycle started over at 12:00am tonight.(just 15 mins ago. I haven't been on my phone until I just picked it up to check my balance and it's showing that in the 15 mins it re-started that I have 20 MB of data used and 133 mins used already!! I haven't been on my phone in over 2 hours! What is up with the usage already!?

Hi Gerry,

It can take some time for the system to fully reset everything when your billing cycle resets itself. Check again in the morning and see if the usage has been corrected. If it has not, contact Koodo using *611 from your phone and ask them to look into it, it won't cost you a thing.

In the meantime and as a precaution, I would suggest disabling mobile data for the time being until this matter is resolved.
