my husband bought me a koodoo phone as a gift I am having so much trouble w ith the koodoo app

I just got a moto g as a.gift and cannot set up the koodoo app online it keeps telling me to change my email but I don't want to any suggestions on what to do??

When your husband bought the phone they must have asked him for an email address at the time which koodo put in their systems. You are trying to register your email address when there is one already attached which is likely what causes the issue. Just give koodo a call and theybwillnreset it for you. Once you are set up things are pretty easy.

Either that or you're setup as an account administrator. Same soloution as Chris mentioned applies.
